WELLNESS PHASES

B.A.S. Wellness offers four "wellness phases" to provide a wellness coaching style that covers all levels. Education is a unique, but crucial aspect of our program, covering fitness, health, nutrition and exercise:


 Phase I. (Wellness for Starters)
 A beginning wellness program designed for people who are just getting started
 on a healthy path to wellness:

  1. Learn why exercise is important
  2. Learn how your own body works with diet and exercise
  3. Learn the proper steps to a healthy lifestyle

Phase II.
A general wellness program designed for clients who are currently or have 
been exercising at a moderate level:

  1. Learn ways to enhance your exercise program
  2. Learn how to modify and simplify your routine
  3. Learn how to have fun with exercise

Phase III.
A wellness program designed to help clients who have been currently on
their own program or has completed Phase I or II of our Wellness program and
are ready for a new journey:

  1. Learn new ways to crossover to new programs
  2. Learn new lifestyle changes
  3. Learn how not to lose the mental focus

Phase IIII. (Maintenance)
A Wellness Program designed to help the client to maintain their new, Wellness
program.
