Return & Refund Policy

At BĀS Wellness, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to have complete confidence in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Policy (Unused Items Only)

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unassembled, and has never been turned on

  • The inner packaging has not been opened or tampered with

  • All original packaging, accessories, and components are included and in sellable condition

  • The return is postmarked within the 30-day window

Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, opened, or worn on the skin.


How to Request a Return

Email us at contact@baswellness.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the unopened product and packaging

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Please allow 7–14 business days for inspection and a further 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 5 days of delivery at contact@baswellness.com with:

  • Photos or video of the issue

  • Your order number

In most cases, we will send a free replacement without requiring a return of the faulty item.


12-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty

All LED devices include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects or malfunction under normal use.

If your device develops a fault within the warranty period, we will arrange a free replacement once the issue is verified.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear

  • Damage from misuse, water, or improper charging

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Cosmetic damage not affecting function


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or opened LED devices

  • Gift cards

  • Items on Sale or promotion

  • Items returned after 30 days


Missing or Lost Packages

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement once confirmed by the carrier.
Please notify us within 30 days if your tracking stalls or shows an error.
