LED masks and wellness devices should be used according to manufacturer instructions. BĀS Wellness is not responsible for misuse or damage caused by improper handling.

 

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in your selected currency and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse orders for any reason

If an order is cancelled due to pricing or listing errors, you will be notified and refunded in full.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Our products are shipped from our international fulfilment partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only; delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, seasonal volumes, or factors out of our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Once an order is shipped, address changes cannot be made.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if:

  • The product is unused

  • Packaging is unopened and untampered

  • Item is in full, sellable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used LED masks cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.

8. 12-Month Manufacturer Warranty

All LED devices include a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water exposure, drops, modifications, or general wear and tear.

Faulty products will be replaced after verification.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards are delivered digitally by email.
They are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and do not expire.

 

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our site or products for:

  • Uploading harmful code

  • Attempting to access secure areas without permission
